Senior Supplier Affairs Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier registration, qualification, and classification processes
• Manage and update the supplier database in accordance with internal policies
• Evaluate supplier performance periodically and document findings
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather feedback on suppliers
• Handle supplier inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure supplier documentation and certifications are current and compliant
• Support supplier development initiatives to enhance performance
• Contribute to the creation of policies for supplier relations and development
• Identify areas for improvement and propose initiatives to enhance supplier relations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Proficiency in contract and procurement management
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and conduct performance assessments
• Skilled in data analysis and database management

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, PMP, or CPIM
