Senior Supervisor, Transaction Processing

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tasks of complex business, technical support, or production teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage client SLAs, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
• Lead people management activities, including performance appraisals, pay reviews, hiring, and termination actions.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs for team members.
• Drive process efficiencies and manage risk, security, compliance, and business continuity.
• Handle financial responsibilities such as billing, invoicing, and generating financial reporting.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients through meetings and conference calls.

• Broad technical expertise and deep industry knowledge.
• Proven experience managing performance appraisals and employee development.
• Experience managing training programs for multiple employees.
• Experience handling hiring and termination processes.
• Strong ability to resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues using tact.
