Senior Supervisor Security Field Training & Driver

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead building and event security officers and supervisors on a daily basis
• Lead continuous education, onboarding, and professional development for the security team
• Conduct "on the job" training shifts, assessments, and coaching for frontline colleagues
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, incident reports, and documentation logs
• Provide professional logistical transportation and security for Executives, guests, and family members
• Perform proactive security measures, including route research and advance work for VIPs
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and manage travel logs and related administration

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in security, law enforcement, or military
• Valid Nevada State driver’s license
• Current LVMPD Security Work Card and TAM Card
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment
• Strong communication skills and experience documenting staff performance
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing for long periods and walking long distances
• Proficiency in managing conflict and responding to customer concerns with urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of event, sports, or theatre operations within an entertainment venue
• Completion of at least 60 credit hours of college-level coursework or equivalent certifications
• Extensive familiarity with the local Las Vegas area
• Demonstrated experience in executive protection, crowd management, or security advances
