Senior Supervisor, Product Quality

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a supplier quality vision and long-term strategy
• Direct and mentor the Receiving and Production QC inspection teams
• Manage and evolve the facility’s Quality Management System (QMS)
• Serve as the technical authority for compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements
• Partner with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to ensure products meet technical specifications
• Define and track key KPIs for product quality, including defect and non-conformance rates
• Lead Non-Conformance (NC) activities and provide technical training
• Conduct quality assessments for critical build phases and develop contingency strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product quality within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience training and developing junior team members and managing performance
• Advanced understanding of build quality best practices and structural/electrical inspection techniques
• Ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints and schematics
• Proven experience implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and performance dashboards
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to pass a background check and participate in drug and alcohol programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/QE)
• Expertise in ISO 9001, UL 891, and Lean Six Sigma tools
• Experience in modular building or data center infrastructure industries
