Senior Supervisor (Mechanical)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mechanical works on site, ensuring alignment with program, quality, and safety requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform crews across installation and commissioning activities
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with engineers and project teams to manage interfaces and resolve technical issues
• Monitor progress, productivity, and resource allocation across mechanical scopes
• Support the planning, sequencing, and staging of works in a live or complex environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Senior Supervisor on mechanical installation projects
• Background in water, wastewater, civil, utilities, or heavy industrial projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems such as pumps, treatment equipment, or dosing systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors on complex builds
• Solid communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Right to work in Australia
