Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing Production

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the continuous operation of the PVC plant production process by managing human and material resources.
• Supervise and coordinate Control Room Technicians to meet production programs regarding quality, quantity, and cost.
• Manage Integrated Management Systems (ISO, PSM, etc.) to eliminate risks, prevent accidents, and minimize environmental impacts.
• Control the production budget by monitoring the use and consumption of materials against standards to ensure efficiency.
• Manage plant efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance coordination and human resource motivation.
• Administer and control the reduction of accidents and incidents in compliance with the MASH plan.
• Participate as a Brigade Commander in fire brigades and emergency drills.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering (Titulado).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in production environments.
• Experience with PVC manufacturing processes.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS 18001.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of unit operations, P&IDs, and control loops.
