About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily tasks of complex business, technical support, or production teams
- Set team priorities to ensure timely completion of all objectives
- Coach front-line supervisors and tier 2 or 3 agents to enhance performance
- Deliver quality, productivity, and compliance KPI reports
- Manage performance appraisals, pay reviews, and training for employees
- Resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems
- Engage with clients for regular business updates and process improvements
- Coordinate work activities with other supervisors and manage hiring/termination actions
Requirements
- Broad technical expertise and deep industry knowledge
- Proven experience in performance management and operational management
- Strong training management skills to support employee development
- Excellent clear communication skills for exchanging information and handling sensitive issues
- Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions based on business plans and policies
- Experience in functional, operational, or program management
