Senior Supervisor (Civil)

Responsibilities

• Lead specific sections of works to achieve programme, cost, and quality targets
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
• Drive a strong safety culture aligned with the "Safety is My Way" approach
• Mentor and develop supervisors, leading hands, and crews
• Plan and sequence works within a complex live site environment
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, senior leadership, and client representatives
• Contribute to daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site coordination meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a civil construction supervisory role
• Strong experience with Main Roads or WA infrastructure projects
• Proven exposure to earthworks, pavements, drainage, services, and finishing works
• Experience managing large crews across multiple work fronts
• Capability in bulk earthworks, haulage, and placement
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Confident, clear communication and leadership style
• Genuine commitment to safety, quality, and team culture
