Senior Supervisor, Accounting Services

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tasks of complex accounting and technical support teams to ensure timely completion of goals.
• Review expenditure, expense, payment, and outstanding reports for proper authorization and precision.
• Manage team performance, including conducting appraisals, pay reviews, and handling hiring or termination actions.
• Provide training and mentorship to employees to meet daily deadlines and professional development goals.
• Resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems within the department.
• Collaborate with internal management and clients on process improvement initiatives and department discussions.
• Coordinate work activities with other supervisors and support the Senior Manager with administrative activities.

Requirements

• Broad technical expertise and deep industry knowledge in accounting or related fields.
• Proven experience managing a team of 3 or more employees.
• Strong knowledge of expenditure and payment reporting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve operational and technical problems effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information using tact.
