Senior Supervisor, Accounting Services

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to team members to meet daily deadlines
• Supervise daily tasks of complex business and technical support teams
• Review expenditure expense, payment, and outstanding reports for proper authorization and precision
• Manage performance appraisals, pay reviews, and training for employees
• Coordinate work activities with other supervisors and collaborate on process improvement initiatives
• Resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems within the team
• Handle hiring and termination actions and support administrative activities

Requirements

• Broad technical expertise in accounting or related financial services
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Expertise in expenditure review and financial reporting
• Strong ability to manage performance appraisals and employee development
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues with tact
• Ability to make decisions based on established policies, procedures, and business plans
