Senior Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multi-family housing projects from foundation to final punch list
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and coordinate with trade partners
• Monitor on-site expenditures and control project costs
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards
• Resolve day-to-day on-site challenges and unforeseen issues
• Serve as the on-site liaison for project managers, clients, and city inspectors
• Maintain accurate project records including daily logs, RFIs, and change orders

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Focus on multi-family housing projects, including mid-rise or high-density developments
• Experience with structural systems, MEP, and finish work
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing large teams
