Senior SuccessFactors Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors, resolving complex functional and technical issues
• Deliver BAU incidents, defects, and minor enhancements in line with agreed SLAs
• Lead quarterly SuccessFactors release activities including impact assessment and testing coordination
• Manage system administration, including role-based permissions and security controls
• Provide BAU support for integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll, finance, or ERP platforms
• Ensure configuration adheres to governance, data protection, and local regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate system and configuration documentation

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a BAU environment
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central (mandatory)
• Experience with integrations, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting modules such as Time, PMGM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, or Succession
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Experience with data imports, corrections, and quarterly release management

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Integration Suite, or ABAB certifications
• ITIL Certification
• Familiarity with Agile Development and Test methods
• Experience working with AMS or external vendors
• Experience supporting multi-country SuccessFactors landscapes
