Senior Subject Matter Expert - Supply Chain Solution

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end Load vs Commit (LVC) solutions to ensure alignment between demand signals and supply commitments.
• Monitor and resolve variances between loaded demand and committed supply to improve planning accuracy.
• Define business rules, validation logic, and KPIs for LVC reporting across global systems.
• Lead LVC automation initiatives to eliminate manual dependencies in reporting and exception tracking.
• Enhance visibility through the development of MSTR or Tableau dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
• Lead the integration between Material Decision Support Systems (MDSS) and Finance systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Drive automated data pipelines and validation frameworks to reconcile MDSS and Finance outputs.
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to provide visibility into financial impacts, including E&O, liability, and margins.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including E&O, Inventory, and Finance integration.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as BAAN or LN.
• Proficiency with MDSS, Snowflake, and data visualization tools like Tableau or MSTR.
• Technical expertise in automation using SQL, Python, or scripting/UI workflows.
• Strong background in data analytics, validation, and data governance.
• Proven experience in solution design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
