Senior Subcontracts Administrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of pre and post-award subcontracting activities, including project close-outs
• Qualify suppliers, issue requests for proposals, and evaluate incoming proposals
• Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with bidders based on internal procedures and project expectations
• Maintain subcontract files in accordance with established company procedures
• Manage administration activities including invoice verification, processing, variations, and project claims
• Establish task priorities and provide guidance to less experienced team members
• Coordinate effectively with project engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in a similar subcontracting or procurement role
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and understand complex contracts
• Strong expertise in commercial and contractual negotiations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and coordinate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
