Senior Subcontract Administrator

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and management of subcontract agreements from proposal support through contract closeout
• Draft, negotiate, review, and administer subcontract agreements, modifications, and other contractual instruments
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, customer requirements, and internal policies
• Analyze prime contract requirements and implement appropriate flow-down clauses
• Conduct subcontractor solicitations, evaluations, and source selection activities
• Perform cost and price analyses to support procurement decisions
• Monitor subcontractor performance, schedules, and deliverables
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate subcontract files and procurement documentation
• Support internal, customer, and government audits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, Law, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in subcontract administration or government contracting
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Government, DoD, or aerospace programs
• Strong working knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Experience negotiating complex subcontract agreements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline
• NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, or equivalent)
• Experience with UAS, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing
• Knowledge of CAS, TINA, and CPSR requirements
• Active U.S. Department of Defense security clearance
