Senior Stylist

Responsibilities

• Style ‘On-Model’, ‘Still-Life’, and AI-generated E-Commerce imagery for PDP and special projects
• Maintain and execute brand PDP guidelines for still life, on-model styling, and hair & makeup
• Support the Styling Manager in leading seasonal pre-styling efforts
• Oversee look selection and model allocation during shoots to ensure alignment with brand aesthetic standards
• Monitor real-time production to make proactive styling adjustments as needed
• Lead freelance styling and dresser talent to drive elevated imagery for daily shoots
• Develop, test, and implement new scalable styling and outfitting processes
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Operations, and Production teams to optimize studio efficiencies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience within high-volume E-Commerce fashion workflows
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce photography processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to balance creative vision with commercial, operational, and strategic business needs
• An elevated creative portfolio that resonates with contemporary fashion consumers

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous editorial styling experience is desirable
