Senior Stylist

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for ALAÏA, welcoming guests and building long-term client relationships
• Manage a personal portfolio of customers, specifically focusing on VVIC and VIC clients
• Execute personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize CRM tools to meet engagement targets
• Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing all available digital and physical services to improve business performance
• Monitor individual and store KPIs to actively contribute to sales goals
• Maintain an impeccable store environment, including front-of-house and back-of-house areas
• Support after-sales services to ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience
• Comply with all established Richemont policies, standards, and inventory procedures

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail
• Proven experience in retail sales and operations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 20lb boxes regularly
