About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sales on Saturdays and contribute across all shifts
- Deliver a personalised, high-level styling experience to every customer
- Build genuine relationships and repeat clientele
- Sell and style across a wide demographic of women
- Maintain premium store presentation and visual standards
- Support stock flow and day-to-day store operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in retail sales, ideally in fashion
- Strong personal style and confidence in styling various body types
- Proactive, sales-driven mindset with ability to close sales
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
- High level of presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as the main seller on Saturdays
