Senior Stylist

Responsibilities

• Act as a link between products and customers, delivering exceptional service and styling.
• Manage floor operations, including opening/closing the store, keyholding, and security.
• Mentor and coach the stylist team, demonstrating brand values and best practices.
• Oversee product deliveries and merchandising to ensure newness hits the floor quickly.
• Handle cash, manage daily tasks, and support the management team with back-of-house operations.
• Respond to first-line customer queries via online systems (email, chat, and calls).
• Identify selling opportunities and build rapport to drive sales and brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as an AllSaints Stylist.
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion.
• Proven experience with cash handling, keyholding, and security procedures.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use in-store digital tools and online customer service systems.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, influence, and coach team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trade needs.
