Senior Study Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain data collection and analysis systems to support research protocols
• Coordinate research participants in alignment with study objectives and scope of work
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of research activities, serving as the primary contact for research subjects and Principal Investigators
• Oversee daily activities of technical support staff and perform protocol-related tasks as needed
• Track and monitor research progress, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for investigators and regulatory agencies
• Implement and uphold quality control processes throughout the study lifecycle
• Contribute as a technical specialist to support routine research-related tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Zoology, Animal Science) with a minimum of 5 years of preclinical research experience
• OR 10 years of relevant hands-on experience supporting preclinical research (such as LAR, surgical vet tech, or similar roles) in lieu of a degree
• Ability to work on weekends occasionally
• Proficiency in applying technical standards and principles to solve problems and reporting on test outcomes
