About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advisement to two governing councils and maintain direct oversight of 30–35 fraternity and sorority chapters
  • Manage the accountability and intervention portfolio for assigned chapters, including intensive performance coaching for organizations on "Special Status"
  • Serve as the departmental lead for assessment, managing all OFSA-wide data collection, student learning outcome analysis, and divisional reporting
  • Lead the development of high-impact student experiences, such as the design and launch of the "Greek Alumni Exchange" mentorship initiative
  • Conduct regular 1:1 check-in meetings with chapter presidents to support leadership development and organizational transitions
  • Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale student programs and officer orientations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Personnel, or a related field
  • Professional experience in Fraternity and Sorority Life or Student Activities
  • Proficiency in developing and utilizing student affairs assessment tools (evaluations, rubrics, survey instruments)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including frequent evening and weekend work for student events and retreats
  • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in Student Affairs
  • Affiliation or membership in a fraternity or sorority
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting diverse Greek communities (MGC, NPHC, NIC, NPC, and PFC)
  • Involvement in professional associations such as AFA, NASPA, or ACPA
  • Strong conflict resolution skills for navigating sensitive student leadership situations
