About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate recruitment, enrolment, orientation, and ongoing support for Indigenous students.
  • Provide high-level guidance regarding career development, professional leadership, and global study opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records within university systems.
  • Lead impactful programs designed to enhance the Indigenous student experience and success.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
  • Substantial experience in program development and service delivery for Indigenous students.
  • Extensive knowledge of Western Australian education systems and Indigenous higher education at local and national levels.
  • Demonstrated capacity to support students in developing academic skills for tertiary success.
  • Current Working with Children Check and a "C" class driver’s licence.
  • This position is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants only.
