Senior Student Belonging Activators

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to newly recruited Student Belonging Activators
• Lead on-campus activations and engagement activities, such as Destress for Success and Mindful May
• Act as a friendly face and primary source of support for new and current students
• Support project methodology and delivery, ensuring accurate record keeping
• Maintain and utilize key data and information to inform decision-making for engagement projects
• Build and manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Must be a current or former Macquarie University Student Belonging Activator (HEW 2)
• Experience in customer service or administration
• Experience in event management, including documentation and communications
• Experience in data collection, collation, and running reports
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
