About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to newly recruited Student Belonging Activators
- Lead on-campus activations and engagement activities, such as Destress for Success and Mindful May
- Act as a friendly face and primary source of support for new and current students
- Support project methodology and delivery, ensuring accurate record keeping
- Maintain and utilize key data and information to inform decision-making for engagement projects
- Build and manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Must be a current or former Macquarie University Student Belonging Activator (HEW 2)
- Experience in customer service or administration
- Experience in event management, including documentation and communications
- Experience in data collection, collation, and running reports
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
