Senior Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead project work across the design, delivery, and tender phases for multi-year turnkey projects
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of structural engineering work in alignment with technical, commercial, and regulatory standards
• Manage ongoing communication and maintain effective professional relationships with local clients and stakeholders
• Provide sound technical and delivery guidance to the engineering team
• Mentor, train, and develop the careers of junior engineers
• Partner with internal stakeholders within a collaborative, multidisciplinary national team

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 6+ years of industry experience working on building projects
• Proven experience in the commercial, retail, defence, health, or education sectors
• Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design, including post-tensioned concrete
• Demonstrated track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers in both technical and project delivery aspects
