Senior Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and manage complex structural engineering projects within a multi-disciplinary consulting environment
• Perform analysis and review of reinforced concrete and steel structures
• Deliver projects using modern BIM workflows, including operating Revit models and cloud-based platforms
• Lead small design teams and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Manage multiple projects, including oversight of project finance and resource allocation
• Act as a primary liaison for clients and project teams
• Ensure all work conforms to WSP ISO quality standards and promotes a safe working environment (SHEQ)

Requirements

• Bsc Eng/BEng/BSc (Hons) in Structural Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in structural engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer (PrEng) with ECSA
• Proficiency in Revit and CAD
• Proficiency in Prokon design software
• Proficiency in Finite Element software (e.g., SAFE, ETABS, or Robot)
• Valid ID and Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• MEng or MSc degree
• Experience in civil engineering or project management
• Proficiency in visual programming and parametric design (e.g., Rhino & Grasshopper)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for engineering calculations
