Senior Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural components including skids, pipe racks, platforms, and supports for hydrogen producing plants
• Utilize software such as STAAD.Pro, RAM Connections, and HILTI PROFIS for structural analysis
• Use Revit or similar software for modeling to ensure designs meet required codes and standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, and piping engineers
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and ensure compliance during construction
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports
• Perform structural calculations to determine load capacities and stability meeting ASCE 7 loading
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and quality control processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, RAM Connections, HILTI PROFIS)
• Proficiency in modeling software (Revit or similar)
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically to customer sites
