Senior Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for various commercial and industrial projects
• Collaborate with architects, owners, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to provide high-quality structural drawings
• Work closely with in-house designers, drafters, and modelers to execute structural designs
• Participate in project team meetings to ensure effective communication throughout the design process
• Interface with contractors during the construction phase to ensure successful project outcomes
• Manage projects profitably and maintain strong working relationships with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering, or a related structural engineering field
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience
• Proven design experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete for building and nonbuilding structures
• Proficiency with structural analysis software

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil or architectural engineering
• Design experience within the Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, or Alternative Energy sectors
• Experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit
