Senior Strategy & Operations Manager - Courier & Logistics

Responsibilities

• Shape the performance, stability, and engagement of the courier network across multiple markets.
• Set the strategic vision for the team, translating high-level business goals into actionable workstreams.
• Act as a talent multiplier by coaching direct reports to identify gaps, scale initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
• Bridge the gap between data-driven insights and operational execution to ensure consistent performance.
• Identify emerging risks or opportunities within network dynamics and implement effective operational responses.
• Manage the courier lifecycle beyond onboarding to ensure sustainable participation and supply-demand balance.

• Proven people leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong strategic vision with the ability to execute complex business objectives.
• Expert stakeholder management skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams like Product, Data, and Ops.
• Data-driven decision-making skills to navigate ambiguity and prioritize initiatives.
• An outcome-oriented mindset focused on delivering measurable business results at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in courier, logistics, or gig economy operations.
• Familiarity with experimentation, measurement design, and operational change management.
• Proficiency with basic automation tools (e.g., Zapier, smart spreadsheets, or scripts) to streamline high-volume operations.
