About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, offering products across Sportsbook and iGaming platforms to millions of global sports fans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cross-functional operational processes that create strong ownership and accountability
• Leverage data and analysis to identify problems and articulate clear solutions
• Autonomously ensure successful execution of key short and long-term projects
• Identify areas of opportunity by understanding the sporting calendar
• Collaborate closely with Payment & Fraud, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Trading functions
• Champion the end-to-end customer experience by understanding customer drivers
• Manage multiple projects with clear and consistent communication

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years experience in Consulting, Strategy, or Operations
• Strong numerical proficiency and analytical capability with SQL, Excel, and Tableau
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Engineering
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Ability to travel regularly to events and other Fanatics offices
