Senior Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data insights and field feedback from Marketing and Channel Managers to create a comprehensive view of Door to Door performance.
• Coordinate the assessment of sales initiatives by interpreting performance metrics, ROI, and impact.
• Develop and deliver compelling executive presentations and strategic decks that communicate successes and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate frontline intelligence into strategic recommendations.
• Support ad hoc requests and pivot quickly as business priorities and market conditions shift.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business interpretation, sales operations, or a related field.
• Strong ability to interpret large datasets, identify patterns, and translate information into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for crafting narratives for senior leadership.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operational teams.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the telecommunications, sales, or direct-to-consumer industry.
• Familiarity with sales operations tools and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Background in change management or supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
