About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and execute cost optimization initiatives across the Transit & Termination financial portfolio
  • Manage end-to-end IP Network Interconnection activities, overseeing technical and commercial relationships with domestic and international carrier partners
  • Perform billing and settlement analysis and invoicing to ensure revenue integrity and accuracy
  • Oversee operational and vendor management of voice billing systems, monitoring routing exceptions and Call Detail Records
  • Support voice network rationalization efforts to modernize legacy infrastructure and reduce operational spend
  • Facilitate revenue assurance activities, including settlement revenue and cost reconciliation across carrier partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • 5+ years of experience in voice telecommunications operations, product management, or similar roles
  • Strong financial analysis skills and experience with billing/settlement processes
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and Operations
  • Ability to lead through influence and manage projects in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
