About the role
Responsibilities
- Define talent profiles and role expectations by partnering with field leadership to articulate competencies and success profiles.
- Act as a critical liaison between the Talent Acquisition team and field leadership to translate frontline needs into recruitment strategies.
- Design and implement retention and engagement programs based on data and field feedback to reduce turnover.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, engagement surveys, and retention data to identify trends and provide actionable strategic insights to leadership.
- Manage program execution by developing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Champion frontline advocacy to ensure field perspectives are embedded in all talent strategies.
- Monitor industry trends to innovate and enhance the workplace experience.
Requirements
- Proven excellence in project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to partner across TA, Field Leadership, and People and Culture teams.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting strategies to both field and executive-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking capabilities to align talent acquisition and retention with overall business outcomes.
- High level of organization and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, or workforce planning.
- Experience developing and executing employee retention or engagement programs.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or Organizational Psychology.
- Bilingualism in English and French.
