Senior Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of major strategic programs, including partnerships in core technology areas like MCU and analog.
• Drive critical market-specific strategic pillars and develop implementation plans to achieve defined outcomes.
• Provide focused strategic analysis and support to senior leadership for specific business functions or domains.
• Support standardization initiatives and governance, particularly in emerging sectors like the Industrial Internet of Things.
• Identify and support innovation projects in key future technologies to build a pipeline of growth opportunities.
• Support strategic collaboration initiatives and ensure alignment with key stakeholders in China.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or master’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, equity research, or a technology-focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive data-driven insights from complex problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, scenario modeling) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Fluent English (both written and verbal) with the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
