Senior Strategy Manager Channel PMO

Responsibilities

• Define strategic visions, objectives, and roadmaps for cross-organizational programs to ensure alignment with corporate priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, organizational structures, and scalable processes to translate strategy into execution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve conflicts to ensure shared ownership of program outcomes.
• Manage interconnected workstreams, dependencies, and decision-making paths to maintain program momentum.
• Develop 360-degree change management approaches addressing people, processes, and organizational design.
• Prepare executive dashboards and reports to communicate program health, progress, and necessary course corrections.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, program management, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and operating models for large-scale initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills tailored for Director and VP-level audiences.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and manage diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
• Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI).
• Experience in retail, consulting, or complex channel environments.
• Bilingual fluency in English and French.
