Senior Strategy Consulting Director

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex client engagements to ensure strategic impact and profitability
• Act as a strategic business partner providing thought leadership in CX and marketing transformation
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across global matrixed environments
• Shape and evolve core offerings in CX strategy, CRM, loyalty, and digital innovation
• Drive innovation in delivery methodologies, including AI and agentic operating models
• Mentor and coach consulting talent, guiding career growth and performance
• Lead major new business pursuits and execute client relationship expansion strategies
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships across technology and service ecosystems

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Big 4 consultancy, leading strategy firms, or top-tier marketing agencies
• Proven track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex customer experience and marketing transformation programs
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, and Google Marketing Platform
• Exceptional commercial acumen and ability to link strategy to measurable business value
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
