Senior Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate strategic work sessions with client stakeholders to guide decision-making
• Drive the development of business cases, strategic recommendations, and actionable roadmaps
• Orchestrate qualitative and quantitative research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Conduct current-state assessments of client capabilities to identify operational gaps
• Own the delivery of strategic frameworks and solutions from research to implementation planning
• Cultivate strong working relationships with client counterparts as a trusted advisor
• Support the development of new business opportunities and client proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate strategy with technology and data execution

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of progressive strategy or management consulting experience
• Experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or digital transformation
• Proven ability to lead complex workstreams independently
• Exceptional executive-level writing and presentation skills
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
