Senior Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed operating model assessments to evaluate organizational structure, corporate agility, and process workflows
• Develop and structure data-backed customer segmentation strategies to optimize target market penetration
• Design, execute, and monitor high-impact cross-sell initiatives to expand product footprints within existing client portfolios
• Conduct sophisticated strategic analysis, industry benchmarking, and financial modeling to substantiate growth plans
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable board-ready strategies and executive presentations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business unit heads to align transformation roadmaps with corporate goals

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of progressive professional experience
• Background in top-tier management consulting, corporate banking strategy, or enterprise-wide transformation units
• Proven expertise in operating model assessments and complex customer segmentation matrices
• Strong skills in strategic data analysis and structural cross-selling methodologies
• Exceptional structured problem-solving capabilities and business acumen
• Polished executive communication and presentation skills
