Senior Strategy & BD Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development of short-term and long-term strategies for specific businesses and the China region to drive growth and profitability
• Monitor the execution and impact of strategic initiatives, identifying potential risks and opportunities to formulate actionable recommendations
• Conduct high-quality industry and market research, as well as competitor analysis, to generate insights for strategic decision-making
• Apply advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques to conduct root cause analyses of business challenges
• Drive specific project workstreams to develop innovative and feasible solutions
• Cultivate effective relationships with business and functional teams
• Create presentations for senior leadership to communicate complex ideas and strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of recent experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a business development/strategy function at a top-tier international company
• Master's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering from a top university
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong logical thinking ability
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience in the consumer goods industry
