Responsibilities

• Support the VP of Strategy with the development and maintenance of Corporate Strategy
• Explore international expansion opportunities through market mapping and business case development
• Lead competitor and market trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities
• Develop recommendations for new growth areas and support product translation
• Ensure compliance to the company-wide OKR process through tracking and reporting
• Support M&A and Commercial Partnership processes, including due diligence and integration

Requirements

• Experience in strategy consulting, internal strategy, or high-growth platform businesses
• Ability to gain buy-in across all stakeholder levels
• Confidence in presenting to senior-level executives
• Proactive attitude and a doer's mentality
• Track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
• Strong communication skills and collaborative team player
