Senior Strategy and Insights Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of insights to inform workplans, ideation, testing workshops, and design sprints
• Develop evidence-based strategic recommendations using data analysis, market insights, and scenario modelling
• Build collaborative relationships across functions and with external partners to gather and interpret information
• Establish performance measures to track strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop impactful and accessible dashboards, reports, and presentations to support data-informed decision making

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working with agile and human-centred design methodologies
• Advanced capability in data extraction, handling, analysis, and interpretation
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, or Python
• Strong ability to handle complex, multi-source data sets and synthesize qualitative information
• Experience in feasibility assessment, governance, and project lifecycle management
