Senior Strategy and Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise promotional and pricing strategies through data-driven analysis and experimentation
• Build insight into marketing campaign and conversion funnel performance
• Collaborate with Credit Risk Analytics, Growth, and Data Science teams to monitor portfolio performance
• Define key KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations to improve outcomes
• Assess the feasibility of new product, channel, and segment expansion opportunities
• Create commercial assessment frameworks and ROI/NPV models
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Mentor and coach junior graduate analysts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytics role (Growth, Credit Risk, Product Analytics, Marketing, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an FCA-regulated financial services firm
