Senior Strategist, Workplace Advisory

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver medium-to-large client engagements in Workplace Strategy, Change Management, and User Experience.
• Perform complex analysis and problem-solving regarding workplace anthropology, hybrid work models, and occupancy planning.
• Engage with clients through research, interviews, workshops, focus groups, and presentations.
• Collaborate with multi-location project teams to develop recommendations and client reports.
• Support business development by participating in RFP/proposal preparation and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Social Sciences, or Business (CoreNet MCR is a plus).
• 6+ years of relevant Workplace Advisory or Commercial Real Estate (CRE) experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions.
