Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based strategies to solve complex business problems
• Provide consultative "up-stream" strategic thinking and "downstream" campaign planning
• Work closely with social and content teams on digital communications
• Uncover insights from culture, behavior, and product truths
• Facilitate and lead client workshops to uncover business needs
• Develop and present pitch-winning strategies to drive new business

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a strategic or planning function
• Ability to use data to develop insights and recommendations
• Mastery of brand, communications, and digital strategy
• Strong communication skills to convert complex analysis into actionable strategies
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the healthcare sector is highly valued

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UX, CX, data planning, CRM, or social planning
