Senior Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead social-first strategy, developing content strategies, campaign platforms, and always-on frameworks
• Mine consumer, cultural, and category insight to identify opportunities for brand engagement
• Translate platform data, social listening, and audience research into actionable creative briefs
• Partner with creative teams to shape ideas from brief through to execution
• Inform creator and influencer strategy and identify authentic partnership opportunities
• Present strategic thinking and campaign recommendations to brand stakeholders
• Analyze social performance data to refine strategy and build continuous learning loops
• Mentor and develop junior strategists within the studio
• Shape strategic processes and tools including briefing templates and insight frameworks

Requirements

• 8+ years of strategy experience with a focus on social-first or digital-first work for consumer brands
• Deep understanding of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG
• Proven ability to turn research and data into actionable briefs
• Experience working with or briefing content creators and influencer partnerships
• Strong analytical skills using social listening tools and platform analytics
• Professional proficiency in English
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-market or global brand strategy experience
• Experience in a social-specialist, in-house, or embedded agency environment
• Familiarity with social commerce or community management strategy
• Experience with brand purpose, inclusion, or social impact strategy
