About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into social media objectives using proprietary benchmarks
- Analyze insights to define distribution and amplification strategies across global platforms
- Define content amplification principles, including segmentation and contextualization
- Map distribution segments per platform and associate required budgets based on KPIs
- Recommend campaign formats and placements based on objectives and budget constraints
- Define tagging strategies for conversion tracking and re-engagement
- Develop custom targeting approaches using available client data
- Integrate A/B testing and messaging matrices into social strategies
- Prepare and present performance reporting to senior stakeholders
- Evaluate execution resources and draft budgets
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in social marketing
- Proven track record of developing social media strategies
- Deep understanding of social media and the wider digital communications landscape
- Strong research skills with the ability to generate data-based insights
- Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to connect business challenges to social strategy and tactics
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a social-oriented agency
