About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven CRM strategy formulation and ensure consistency across regional and local market initiatives.
  • Design and maintain Integrated Customer Journey Management (ICJM) blueprints to optimize the Lead-to-Loyalty funnel.
  • Develop dynamic content strategies and segmentation models to deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences at scale.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure strategic requirements are feasible within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Produce management-ready presentations and detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for development teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and design robust A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve journey performance and ROI.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on CRM trends and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the CRM team to develop their professional skills.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in CRM strategy or customer experience (CX) management.
  • High-level familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), specifically Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Strong storytelling ability with the capacity to turn complex data and flowcharts into compelling strategic narratives.
  • Advanced understanding of success metrics and data analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency experience or background in high-consideration industries such as Automotive, Finance, or Luxury.
  • Familiarity with other MarTech platforms like Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, or HubSpot.
  • Experience working within agile or sprint-based project management approaches.
