About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and business units to shape skills-based labor and workforce location strategies.
  • Lead the development of global workforce plans by integrating business strategies, financial goals, and human capital requirements.
  • Create high-level content and presentations for executives to drive critical decision-making regarding workforce configuration.
  • Perform complex analyses of internal and external workforce data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of workforce planning processes, including the integration of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate plan risks through appropriate process controls and business interventions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quantitative Methods, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience leading initiatives in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or quantitative analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience in global business planning or strategy at a corporate level, or experience within a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and managing large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations and Excel for advanced modeling.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Power BI development.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python programming languages.
