Senior Strategic Sourcing General Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the Sport sourcing strategy for key uniform segments used by competition athletes
• Manage cost planning and cost review processes to ensure profitability and resolve unexpected variances
• Provide sourcing and costing support for major global events, such as the Olympics
• Provide project support for seasonal initiatives and contribute to best practices in operating models
• Manage unique sourcing activities within the US domestic source base

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in Sourcing, Planning, Operations Management, Product Creation, or Manufacturing
• Strong analytical skills combined with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Strategic thinking with an enterprise mindset
• Ability to remain effective in an environment of ambiguity and maintain high attention to detail
