About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts to ensure high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with client goals, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through identifying new opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling products and services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal executive decision-makers.
  • Facilitate multi-year deal negotiations and create ROI-based proposals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately manage data within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
  • Analyze account performance and present results to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Proven background in Engineering or Technical Sales.
  • Experience in Simulation Software Sales (experience with Ansys is a significant advantage).
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce for account management and pipeline tracking.
  • Willingness to travel across the region for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong strategic planning and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, or manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the Middle East market, including business landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Existing network of decision-makers in target industries across the region.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in competitive environments.
