Senior Strategic Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and manage business relationships with external third-party asset management firm representatives.
• Integrate partner goals and priorities into business segment initiatives across the company.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners including Investment Research, Marketing, Compliance, and Field Execution.
• Drive usage of third-party asset manager content in the field and manage partner participation at conferences.
• Lead on-site meetings between internal partners and asset manager representatives to promote strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers to manage relationships related to Signature Wealth, SMAs, Active ETFs, and other product lines.
• Support improvements to business processes through knowledge of the competitive asset management landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in retail wealth management or asset management.
• FINRA Series 7 license or the ability to obtain it within 120 days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of forming and leveraging strong third-party relationships to achieve common goals.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of retail investments including mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs, and alternative investments.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience communicating effectively with both financial advisors and vendor firms.
